Return Policy:

To Return or Exchange an item by Mail

1. e-mail info@artedcd.com with the return request.
2. Box the item(s) securely.  A copy of the invoice is required.  Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories.
3. Ship the package to

   After complete inspection of returned items, we will issue a refund to the original credit card or PayPal account for the cost of the item (minus 10% restocking ) and the sales tax, if applicable.   Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.  

Other Return Information

Special & Custom Order Items:  If an error was made on our part with your order, we will fix it as quick as possible at no charge to you. We do our best to minimize the chance for errors by helping you collect the necessary information to process your order.

Problems With Your Order
An Item Is Missing:  You may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items.  If an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
An Item Is Damaged or Defective: Your satisfaction is our number one priority and if an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately.  You will be sent a replacement part or refunded for the cost of the item and sales tax if applicable. 

Shipping Policy:
Artedcd.com ships all orders within 1-3 business days from the date of receipt unless notified otherwise. Please allow 7-14 days for orders to be shipped. If we are out of stock of an item, it will be notified.

Generally, orders over 3lbs going to addresses within the Continental US will ship via UPS Ground Service.  Orders under 3 lbs will ship via USPS.  Please allow 5-7 days for your shipment to arrive. 

All orders going to addresses outside the Continental US will ship via USPS.  Please allow 5-14 days for your shipment to arrive.

Please contact us if you would like to make any special shipping arrangements. Backorders will be shipped when available.
